    Step 1

    将石甲鱼洗净,抹上盐,腌3分钟,排在蒸盘中。Wash and clean Siakkap fish and marinate with salt for 3 minutes;arrange in steaming plate.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油爆香香料,然后加入调味料煮滚,浇在鱼身上,排上蕃茄块。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté spices until aromatic, toss in seasoning and bring to quick boil;and then pour over the fish and arrange tomato slices on top.

    Step 3

    大火蒸鱼10分钟至熟。撒上薄荷叶和柠檬片即可享用。Steam fish in high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked;garnish with some mint and lemon slices before serve.
